There is access to the whole house including the fully fenced back yard and garage.
There is no nearby public transportation in the area so having a car is the best way to get around. If you don’t have a car and need a ride I recommend using Uber or Lyft.

• The washer & dryer are located in the garage. Please use code 4321 to access
• This is a no smoking/vaping home. Please feel free to smoke/vape outside on the patio.
• If you use the grill please clean if for the next guest.
• All TVs are smart.
• Please do not turn the A/C fan to “on.” It will continuously run but not get any colder.
• Please do not set AC lower than 69°F. This may cause the unit to freeze/stop working.
• When checking out or leaving for a long period of time please save energy by setting the A/C temperature to 77°F.
• If there is not hot water just give the water heater some time to heat more water.
• When checking out there is no need to make beds, but please make sure you wash any used dishes and throw away any trash.
• Please take care when using appliances. If you need assistance or have a question when trying to operate them please contact your host.
• Trash bins are located on the side of the house. Trash is picked up Thursday morning. The black one is for trash and the green one is for recycling. Do not place bags outside of the bins to prevent animals from getting into the trash.
• Please be kind and considerate to the residents in this neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm – 7am
