• If there is an EMEGENCY please call 911
• This is a no smoking/vaping home. Please feel free to smoke/vape outside on the patio.
• All TVs are smart. The featured app is Roku for local networks, movies, and more
• There is a first aid kit in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
• Please do not turn the A/C to “on.” It will continuously run but not get any colder.
• Please do not set AC lower than 69°F. This may cause the unit to freeze/stop working.
• When checking out or leaving for a long period of time please save energy by setting the A/C temperature to 77°F.
• If there is not hot water just give the water heater some time to heat more water.
• When checking out there is no need to make beds, but please make sure you wash any used dishes and throw away any trash.
• Please take care when using appliances. If you need assistance or have a question when trying to operate them please contact your host.
• Trash bins are located in the garage.
